1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account and using our services, you agree to:

CTPL provides:
- Investment advisory services

- Customer support

3. Account Registration
- You must complete KYC (Know Your Customer) verification as per SEBI regulations.
- Provide valid PAN card, Aadhaar, and bank details.
- Keep your login credentials secure and confidential.
- You are responsible for all activities under your account.
- Notify us immediately if your account is compromised.
4. Investment Risks
- All investments are subject to market risks.
- Past performance does not guarantee future returns.
- You may lose your invested capital.
- CTPL does not guarantee profits or returns.
- You are solely responsible for your investment decisions.
- Read all scheme documents carefully before investing.
5. Fees and Charges
- Account opening: 3600 USDT
- Transaction charges: 20% per order
- No hidden charges
- All fees are clearly disclosed before transactions.
6. Payment Terms
- All payments must be made through authorized channels.
- We accept UPI, net banking, debit/credit cards, and wallets.
- Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 7–10 working days.
- Failed transactions will be automatically refunded.
- Keep proof of payment for your records.
7. Prohibited Activities
You must not:
- Use the app for illegal activities or money laundering.
- Share your account with others.
- Manipulate or exploit market data.
- Upload viruses or harmful code.
- Impersonate another user.
- Engage in fraudulent transactions.
- Violate SEBI/RBI regulations.
Violation may result in account suspension or legal action.
8. Intellectual Property
- All content, logos, and trademarks belong to CTPL.
- You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute our content without permission.
- The app and its features are protected by copyright laws.
- Unauthorized use may result in legal action.
9. Data Privacy
- We protect your personal information as per our Privacy Policy.
- We comply with IT Act 2000 and DPDP Act 2023.
- Your data is encrypted and stored securely.

10. Account Suspension / Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account if:
- You violate these Terms & Conditions.
- You engage in fraudulent activities.
- You provide false information during KYC.
- Required by law or regulatory authorities.
- Your account is inactive for 2 years.
You may close your account anytime by contacting support.
11. Liability and Disclaimers
- CTPL is not liable for market losses or poor investment performance.
- We do not guarantee uninterrupted service or error-free operation.
- Technical issues, server downtime, or network failures are beyond our control.
- We are not responsible for third-party payment gateway issues.
- Maximum liability is limited to the fees you paid in the last 12 months.
12. Force Majeure
We are not liable for delays or failures caused by:
- Natural disasters, wars, or pandemics.
- Government actions or regulatory changes.
- Internet or network failures.
- Strikes or labor disputes.
13. Dispute Resolution
- Any disputes will be resolved through arbitration in Ongole, Andhra Pradesh.
- Arbitration will be conducted under the Indian Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.
- The decision of the arbitrator is final and binding.
- Courts in Ongole have exclusive jurisdiction.
14. Regulatory Compliance
CTPL is registered with:
- SEBI (Securities and Exchange Board of India)
- NSE & BSE (Stock Exchanges)
- Depositories: NSDL, CDSL
We comply with:
- SEBI (Investment Advisers) Regulations, 2013
- Companies Act, 2013
- Income Tax Act, 1961
- Prevention of Money Laundering Act (PMLA), 2002
15. Modification of Terms
- We may update these Terms from time to time.
- Changes will be posted with a new effective date.
- Continued use of the app means you accept the changes.
- We will notify you of major updates via email.

17. General Terms
- These Terms are governed by Indian laws.
- If any provision is invalid, the rest remains enforceable.
- Our failure to enforce any right does not waive that right.
- These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and CTPL.
